Project Details
The customer on this project wanted a modern, minimalistic and easy to maintain English country garden, whilst wanting to use soft materials throughout.
We split this project into sections to add some interest, a large main patio area off the rear of the house gives this property a lot of space for seating or entertaining. The next section is then split with a divide of oak sleeper flowerbeds with a beautiful selection of plants, this leads to the middle section which has a pergola for slight shade and again a brilliant variety of places to sit to entertain guests or just enjoy the evening sun. Then we have installed a large lawn to the rear of the property, which can be used as a great space for grandchildren to play or a place to just lay and relax.
Materials used on this project – Egyptian limestone paving. Oak railway sleepers, close board fence panels, planed softwood for pergola and screening.
